Product and Compatibility Questions
- The product name or full part / SKU number
- Your equipment manufacturer and complete model number
- The number on the old part, if available
- Relevant dimensions, connection sizes, voltage or other ratings
- Clear photos of the equipment label and the part you are replacing
Please check the manufacturer documentation before installation. Product images, category matches and similar part names do not establish compatibility on their own.
Order and Delivery Questions
Include your order number, the email address used for the order and a short description of your question. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, include photos of the item, its label and the packaging.
Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us for instructions before sending an item back. Do not use the address on a shipping label as a return address unless we confirm it.
