30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition and returned with its original packaging and all included components.
Used, installed, modified, damaged or incomplete items may not qualify for a refund. This does not affect any rights you may have for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable law.
How to Start a Return
Email support@poolharborsupply.com with your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason. Include photos if the item is damaged, incorrect or incomplete.
Wait for return instructions and the correct return address before sending anything back. Returns sent without instructions may be delayed or refused. Do not assume the sender address on your parcel is the return address.
Return Shipping
- Wrong part ordered or change of mind: You are responsible for return shipping. Use a trackable service and retain proof of postage.
- Incorrect, damaged or defective item: Contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide the appropriate replacement, refund or return instructions. This request does not limit statutory rights.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will email you with the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.

Similar-looking pool parts may have different dimensions, connections or electrical ratings. Compare the available product information with your equipment and manufacturer documentation. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering with your original part number and equipment details.
