This policy explains how PoolHarborSupply orders are processed, shipped and tracked. Available shipping methods and charges are shown during checkout before you place your order.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to supported destinations shown at checkout. Available services depend on the delivery address, product type, package size and carrier availability. Large equipment and chemical products may have additional handling requirements or destination restrictions; only eligible shipping options will be offered.
Order Processing and Same-Day Dispatch
Order before 7:30 PM (UTC, our store time) on a business day for same-day dispatch of in-stock items, provided payment and shipping details are confirmed. Orders requiring additional checks may take longer. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays are normally processed the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If an address, payment detail or product availability needs to be checked, dispatch may be delayed until the issue is resolved. Multiple items may ship together or separately.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, selected service and order details. Review the total before completing payment.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: Approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch for most orders.
- International destinations: Approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier and customs processing.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, carrier delays, customs inspections and incorrect or incomplete addresses may affect delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for your order. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Address Changes
Check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
International Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or customs charges may apply. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
