Fitness Hand Buoys - Model 5

The Model 5 hand buoys feature a light resistance which is best used for rehabilitation exercises. Medium models are available for aquatic fitness and heavier models are available for strength training.

These aquatic fitness barbells provide resistance for rehabilitation. They are made from a closed cell foam and are fully sealed and smoothed to provide durability and comfort.

Note: Chlorine can break down plastic over time. We recommend rinsing hand buoys with clear water after use and before storing.
