Hydro-Fit Mini Cuffs

The Classic Mini Cuffs are smaller in size with half the level of buoyancy and resistance as the Hydro-Fit Cuffs, but they are no less versatile. The Mini Cuffs features a quick-release buckle closure for an extra firm fit. In shallow or deep water, wearing Mini Cuffs increases the water's resistance, helping you improve muscle tone and aerobic endurance.

Mini Cuffs are designed to fit around your ankles, around your arms, on your wrists, even around your waist. When worn as a belt, Mini Cuffs will fit up to a 38 inch waist. Available in Blue/Black color combination. Sold in pairs.

Water exercise is all about moving more water and creating more resistance. Hydro-fit Mini Cuffs adapt to a wide range of water workouts: from shallow to deep water and very intense to more moderate and relaxed. They function as four different pieces of water exercise equipment, all in one!
